A small church located in Bearwood, built from 1887 to 1888 from designs by J. A. Chatwin. Was one of his low budget churches. Arts and Craft works from 1928 by Holland W. Hobbiss. Other features date between 1904 and 1910. A Sunday School to the west was by J. H. Hawkes in 1897.

St Mary's Bearwood - history
A small church in Bearwood designed by Birmingham architect Julius Alfred Chatwin (1830 - 1907).
A low budget church, only cost £3400 to build.
Built of brick with a west baptistery and an incomplete south east tower.
The pulpit, choir stalls and font are original to 1888.
In 1928, Holland W. Hobbiss was responsible for the reredos and alter, a good late Arts and Crafts work.
East stained glass window by Kempe from 1904.
While the south aisle by T. W. Camm of 1905.
In the Baptistery is four small windows by Florance Camm.
A Sunday School to the west was by J. H. Hawkes, dates to 1897.

The War Memorial was put up in 1922 and is Grade II listed.
For the men of Bearwood lost during the First World War (1914 to 1918).
