In brief
Clock tower dated 1897 by Edward Pincher, red brick and terracotta. It was put up in honour of the first Mayor of West Bromwich, Reuben Farley (1826 - 1899), who served four terms in office.

Farley Clock Tower - history
Reuben Farley (1826 - 1899) was the first Mayor of West Bromwich and served four terms, in 1897 he was honoured with a clock tower in his name at Carters Green.

The clock tower was designed by Edward Pincher, made of red brick and terracotta, with a clock face on all four sides.

There is a weather vane on the top.
